Across EVF Performance and Row House, we have a team of more than 60 coaches and staff members that work hard each day to keep our fitness communities strong. Our corporate team manages our business, communications and facilities needs.  


Nicole LEE

Chief Operating Officer, EVF Performance & Row House

Nicole spent nearly 4 years as a coach at EVF Upper East Side after leaving a 10-year career in corporate taxation to start a family. Now she marries her passion for fitness and her professional expertise to lead business operations at EVF Performance and Row House.

Nicole has her bachelor’s in Accounting, with an MBA in Taxation and is a licensed CPA. She also holds the following certifications: CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Weightlifting, NASM-CPT and NASM-CES.  Meet the rest of our EVF team.


Allie Seligman

Communications & Marketing, EVF Performance & Row House

Allie oversees communications across EVF and Row House. She found EVF as a member shortly after moving to New York and was part of the team that opened EVF and Row House Columbus Circle in 2014. She led operations at EVF Upper East Side, before taking over communications strategy and implementation across EVF and Row House.

Allie has a degree in journalism and has worked as a reporter, career services writer and freelancer writer. 


Bill Prael

Head of Facilities

Bill oversees the day-to-day facilities operations for Row House and EVF, ensuring our studios exceed client expectations. Born and raised in Dobbs Ferry, New York, Bill attended to the University of Michigan and holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's in Secondary Ed Biology.

Bill has worked as an professional actor for more than 30 years, and has appeared in numerous films and television shows, including The Collector, The Blacklist, The Following, and all the Law and Orders. Bill and his wife Liz have two children, Katie and Luke, who are also talented performers.
